ROOTED ("we", "us", "our") designs and builds websites for therapy and counselling practices. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or get in touch with us, and how we use it. If you have questions, email hello@rootedstud.io.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
We process enquiry and correspondence data on the basis of your consent (you contacting us) and, where you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
Enquiry data that doesn't turn into a project is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client project data is kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the site, and afterwards as required for our own accounting and legal obligations.
Data is stored with reputable UK/EU-based email and hosting providers. We don't transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rootedstud.io. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.
